What is the minimum stay?
30 nights. Mame & Hana Sunny West is a monthly rental only, so we cannot accept stays shorter than one month.
What is included in the price?
Rent, utilities, management fee, cleaning, administrative fee and bedding. Parking is charged separately if you use it. Your quote will confirm the full amount.
Do longer stays cost less?
Yes. The daily rate goes down for stays of 3 months or more, and again for 7 months or more.
Can I leave early or extend?
Both are possible. If your plans change, let us know in advance and we will settle based on the days you actually stayed (we explain the notice period before you book). Extensions depend on availability, so please ask early.
How many people can stay?
Up to 10 guests, with 5 single beds and 5 futon sets across 4 bedrooms.
Is it good for remote work?
Yes. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi, and the living and dining area is separate from the bedrooms, so it is easy to set up a quiet place to work.
Is there parking?
